GST Notice Reply & Representation in Delhi NCR

Received a GST notice from the department? Most notices come with a short deadline, usually 7, 15 or 30 days. A reply that is late, incomplete or unsupported often becomes a demand order with interest and penalty. We prepare the reply, organise the reconciliations behind it, and represent you at the personal hearing before GST officers across Delhi NCR.

Have the notice with you? Send it on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it means, the deadline and what we need from you.

Notices we handle

  • Show cause notices under Section 73, 74 and 74A (DRC-01), and pre-notice intimations (DRC-01A)
  • Scrutiny of returns: ASMT-10 discrepancy notices and the ASMT-11 reply
  • Mismatch notices: GSTR-1 vs GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B vs 3B input tax credit, e-way bill mismatches
  • Registration notices: suspension, cancellation (REG-17, REG-31) and revocation
  • Audit and investigation: departmental audit under Section 65 (ADT-01, ADT-02) and summons
  • Refund deficiency memos and rejection notices (RFD-03, RFD-08)
  • Demand orders (DRC-07) and appeals before the Appellate Authority and GSTAT

How we work

  1. Review in 24 hours. Share the notice and your GSTIN. We read it, check whether it is within the time limit, and tell you the exposure and the deadline.
  2. Reconcile. We rebuild the numbers the officer is questioning from your returns, books, purchase register and GSTR-2B.
  3. Written reply. A point-by-point reply with annexures, legal basis and case law where needed, filed on the GST portal.
  4. Hearing. We attend the personal hearing with you, or on your behalf, and follow the matter to closure.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if I ignore a GST notice?

The officer can pass an order on the basis of the information already available. That usually means a demand for tax with interest and penalty, followed by recovery action such as bank account attachment.

Can I get more time to reply?

Yes, an adjournment can usually be requested with reasons. It is at the officer’s discretion, so it is safer to ask early and in writing.

My turnover is small. Is it worth replying?

Yes. Many mismatch notices close with a clear reconciliation and no extra tax. An unanswered notice is much more expensive than a well-documented reply.

Talk to us before the deadline. Send the notice on WhatsApp or send an enquiry.
